1. Who we are
TechBanao provides white-label digital products, such as AI Review QR Code, website and digital business tools, online ordering and billing, that agencies, freelancers and service providers ("resellers") can sell under their own brand. 2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use TechBanao, we may collect:
- Account details: name, mobile number, email address, business name and a password (stored only in hashed form).
- Inquiry details: the name, phone number, email, business name and message you send through our Contact page.
- Business content you add: stores, products, prices, posters, tables, coupons, staff records, expenses and images you upload.
- Customer and order data created through your storefront or products, such as customer names, contact details and orders.
- Payment information: plan and order payments are processed by our payment gateway. We receive payment status and transaction references, but we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and log data needed to keep the service secure and working.
- Location data, only when you choose to search for or pick a location (for example, for a store address).
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, verify you with one-time passwords (OTP) and keep your sign-in secure.
- To provide, maintain and improve our products, plans, dashboards and support.
- To process payments, plan purchases, credits and renewals.
- To respond to your inquiries and contact you about your account, plans or service updates.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to enforce our Terms.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. OTP and service messages
We send OTPs and important service messages by SMS or email so you can sign in, verify your details and receive account notices. These messages are part of the service. We do not sell your contact details to anyone.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers that help us operate TechBanao, such as payment processing, SMS and email delivery, image hosting, cloud hosting, and domain and SSL services. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Your own customers and team, where you choose to display or share information through your products.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, court order or to protect rights, safety and security.
- A successor business, if TechBanao is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
6. Reseller and customer data
When you run your own brand on TechBanao, you decide what customer data you collect through your storefront and products. For that data you are responsible for having a lawful basis, for giving your customers your own privacy notice, and for responding to their requests. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service and do not use it for our own marketing.
7. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember your session and protect against misuse. Our dashboards and storefronts may also store small amounts of data in your browser, such as a cart or sign-in state. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the service may stop working.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
