These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TechBanao website, reseller dashboard and white-label products. Please read them carefully before using TechBanao.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, sending an inquiry or using any TechBanao product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TechBanao on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What TechBanao provides
TechBanao provides ready-to-sell digital products that resellers can offer to their own business customers under their own brand, together with dashboards, plans, training and support. Features, plans and products may change over time as we improve the platform.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must give accurate, current information when you register and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Plans, credits and payments
Some products and features require a paid plan or credits. Prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), billing periods and any refund terms are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our payment gateway, and you agree to pay all amounts due. Unless the purchase terms say otherwise or the law requires it, fees already paid are not refundable. Plans that are not renewed may expire or lose access to paid features.
5. Your brand and content
You keep ownership of the logos, names, text, images, product listings and other content you add ("Your Content"). You give TechBanao a limited licence to host, display and process Your Content only to operate and improve the service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use TechBanao for anything unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful;
- post fake reviews or mislead customers, including through the review and QR products;
- upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data;
- copy, resell the underlying software, or reverse engineer it, except as permitted by your plan; or
- send spam or use customer data for purposes your customers have not agreed to.
7. Customer data and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you collect from your own customers through your products and storefronts. You must follow applicable laws, give your customers a suitable privacy notice and terms, and handle their requests. See our Privacy Policy for how we treat this data.
8. Custom domains and SSL
If you connect a custom domain, you confirm that you own or control it and that you will set up the DNS records we ask for. Verification and SSL certificates depend on correct DNS settings and on third-party services, so we cannot guarantee how quickly they are issued.
9. AI features
Some products use artificial intelligence, for example to help manage or respond to customer reviews. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review it before relying on or publishing it, and you remain responsible for how you use it.
10. Intellectual property
TechBanao and its licensors own the platform, software, designs and trademarks. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products and to offer them to your customers under your own brand. No other rights are granted.
11. Third-party services and availability
TechBanao relies on third-party services such as payment, messaging, hosting and domain providers. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may carry out maintenance or updates from time to time.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using TechBanao at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, do not pay amounts due, put the platform or other users at risk, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the products ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, TechBanao is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the service will meet your business results or revenue expectations.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TechBanao will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to TechBanao in the 12 months before the claim arose.
15. Indemnity
You agree to protect TechBanao against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content, your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or your dealings with your own customers.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
